The Child Creativity Lab to host a showcase introducing a new children’s museum concept in Orange County, CA

What: The Child Creativity Lab (CCL) will be hosting an exclusive event for Orange County community stakeholders.

“The Re-launch into Creativity” will bring together members of the community to address the importance of creativity. The CCL’s mission is to nurture the creative mindset of children in the headwinds of the busy lifestyles of working parents, the consuming technology culture of our youth, and standardized testing for purposes of building creativity, divergent thinking, problem solving, and ability to innovate.

Come learn about the need for this specialty children’s museum and the positive impact that it can have on the future of our communities in terms of leadership building, workforce development and educational achievement when children are given the opportunity to develop and express their own unique style of creative thinking.

Through an introduction of the CCL concepts and plans, as well as, experiential activities that foster creative development, stakeholders will re-discover the importance that the creative mind plays in all arenas of life. This event is by invitation only to Very Innovative People (VIPs) in our community that have been identified as “Creative Agents of Change.”

The showcase will feature the creative talents from the following: (Proposed)

o Boys and Girls Club of Laguna Beach- Up-cycling Art Work
o El Sol Academy of Science and Art- Music and Art Work
o Orangewood Children’s Foundation- Lego Creations
o Live Photography, Art and Engineering by 7 Degrees Resident Artists

Who: Sophisticated art enthusiasts, community leaders, educational champions, philanthropists, and corporations in the Orange County community who appreciate the critical need in the development of future leaders.
