21 Materials Scholarships Awarded So Far!
Earlier this year, we unveiled the Child Creativity Lab Materials Scholarship program to provide access to our unique collection of reusable materials sourced from regional businesses throughout Southern California. The scholarship are geared towards supporting STEM-based education at schools, after-school programs, and other organizations serving low-income and other at-risk youth.
To date, we've awarded 21 schools and after-school programs, including sites within the Boys & Girls Clubs of Garden Grove, Orange County Children's Therapeutic Arts Center (OCCTAC), Santa Ana Unified School District, and Tustin Child Development Centers (CDC). We also have several applications in the review process!
This has been an incredible opportunity for us to greater support our non-profit organization's mission and to expand our impact in the community, and we couldn't have done this without the support of our "First 40" Major Donors
and grant funds from the Edwards Lifesciences Foundation and Cox Communications.
