Carol Stone is owner of the Stone Nonprofit Consulting Group. Her expertise is in creating innovative solutions for nonprofit organizations to improve performance and impact. Prior to opening her own business, she served as the President and CEO of the Volunteer Center Orange County (Currently OneOC) for twenty-five years. She has served as a national consultant and trainer for Points of Light Foundation, Camp Fire, U.S.A and a broad range of local, regional and national nonprofits. She was a master teacher and curriculum designer for a variety of school districts throughout California, Texas and Libya, North Africa. She was an adjunct faculty member at California State University Long Beach, California State University Fullerton and University of California Irvine. Ms. Stone is a graduate of UCLA with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Education. She holds her Master’s Degree in Public Administration from the University of San Francisco with a focus on nonprofit business management.

MARKETING AND COMMUNICATIONS DIRECTOR, AMERICAN ASSOCIATION OF CRITICAL-CARE NURSES


Isabelle Bart is marketing and communications director at the American Association of Critical-Care Nurses (AACN), the world’s largest specialty nursing organization. In her current role, Isabelle oversees marketing, communications, creative and digital strategy efforts for AACN, which represents the interests of more than 500,000 progressive, acute and critical care nurses. Her professional experience includes more than 15 years in healthcare and medical devices, working in business planning and marketing strategy for companies such as Abbott and Advanced Medical Optics. Isabelle holds a Masters in Business Administration from ESSEC Business School in Paris, France. She is a former triathlete and has been involved in numerous nonprofit sporting events such as Team In Training and the 2015 Special Olympics World Games in Los Angeles.

PUBLIC RELATIONS MANAGER, EXPERIAN


Sandra A. Bernardo is a public relations manager at Experian, the nation’s largest credit bureau. She has more than 15 years of experience in communications and has earned more than 25 industry awards during her career for both general market and multicultural campaigns. Her honors include earning a Public Relations Society of America Bronze Anvil, the PR WEEK Magazine Multicultural Campaign of the Year award and being selected as “Woman of the Year in Communications” by the League of United Latin American Citizens. Sandra has served on the board of directors for the International Association of Business Communicators and MANA, A Latina Organization. Sandra is also a graduate of the Hispanas Organized for Political Equality Leadership Institute and Orange County United Way Multi-Ethnic Leadership Institute. Her academic credentials include the Accreditation in Public Relations and a Certificate in Marketing from the University of California, Irvine. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Los Angeles. She is a devoted mom to her son Lucca, bilingual in Spanish and a proud Argentine.

Peter Chang is the Founder and Executive Director of Child Creativity Lab. Peter also serves as an appointed member on the Orange County Child Care & Development Planning Council and a board member for the Orange County chapter of the California School-Age Consortium (CalSAC). Peter started his career working at a not-for-profit organization servicing the needs of HIV and AIDS patients and has over 10 years of experience in business, marketing strategy, and new product planning. He graduated with a BS degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Entrepreneurship from the University of Southern California, an MBA in Business Administration from the University of Rochester, and an MPH in Public Health from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Jhoanna is the owner and Director of Operations of Bytelaunch, a creative development and digital marketing agency in Irvine, California. Jhoanna’s knowledge includes personnel management, organizational development, and strategic planning. She is a graduate of California Polytechnic University, Pomona, where she received a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration with a focus in Management and Human Resources. However, much of her time is dedicated towards her philanthropic passions. Jhoanna is the founder of Bytelaunch Foundation, whose mission is to promote STEM education and entrepreneurship for children and young adults. Jhoanna is also a planning committee member for Making Strides, Orange County.

Err Gozun is the Vice President of Enterprise PMO at Hyundai Capital America, responsible for overall project management, vendor strategy and corporate procurement, and business innovation/process excellence. Err has more than 15 years of experience in Human Resources spanning various industries, including Retail, Pharmaceutical, Banking and Auto Finance, with expertise in HR program design, establishing HR operational excellence, system and HR infrastructure design and implementation, and merger & acquisition activities. He holds an Organizational Leadership degree from Azusa Pacific University and currently pursuing master’s degree in Human Resources Management at the University of Southern California.

Cathy provides freelance legal support to firms specializing in estate planning, probate, and litigation. In addition to being heavily involved in the education and enrichment of her two sons, Cathy has always been active in non-profits benefiting her children’s schools. She served as Secretary of a boosters club for her sons’ preschool as well as Treasurer of the Unit PTA for the elementary school her boys currently attend. She now aspires to broaden her non-profit reach through her position with Child Creativity Lab. Cathy is a graduate of University of California, Irvine, with a degree in Political Science, and Whittier Law School, where she received her J.D.

Jeremy Kietzke is a creative professional and relied upon for his out of the box thinking and non standard solutions. He strives daily to improve the lives and careers of his fellow employees at Professional Plastics. Jeremy has a passion for creating success and a heart to help others along the way. Today, Jeremy serves as the Director of Corporate Operations with Professional Plastics. A recent and energetic partner with the Child Creativity Lab, Professional Plastics has built a global presence with 21 locations and an impact in almost every industry imaginable. They won the Orange County Business Journal’s Large Family Owned Business award in 2016 and are currently experiencing record growth. Having over 20 years experience in the business, his roles have been many. Most recently, Jeremy has led the corporate departments of Regional Operations, Safety, Security, MRO, Environmental, and Leasing. Jeremy consistently drives initiatives with Human Resources, Legal, and IT. At home, Jeremy loves spending quality time with his wife and young son. He is a member of the Environmental Committee of the International Association of Plastics Distribution and he is an enthusiastic member of Vistage International.

Graydon Latson is the Vice President and Senior Compliance Officer for the Trade Surveillance team at PIMCO (Pacific Investment Management Company), headquartered in Newport Beach, CA. Graydon joined PIMCO in 2007 as a compliance analyst, and was promoted in 2010 to managing a team for new global business initiatives out of the New York office, focusing primarily on equity trading. In 2014, following the successful building and development of the compliance office in New York, Graydon moved back to Orange County, where he focuses on trading and portfolio management activities, with additional responsibilities developing Talent Management within the Compliance Department. He holds an undergraduate degree in economics with a minor in mathematics from the University of California, San Diego.

He has over a decade of experience in business development, strategy, and investment finance having worked on Wall St. and across many parts of the healthcare industry. His non-commercial activities include having been a server at God's Kitchen homeless shelter in Corona and treasurer for his university alumni club. Lucas has a B.S. in biochemistry from UC San Diego and his MBA from Notre Dame.

John is often asked to speak on a variety of topics that pertain to accumulating, investing, and protecting assets and financial planning. He strives to find out what is the most important goals for his clients, provides customized, tailored solutions and builds a partnership with this clients to stay on track and make adjustments as needed. John resides in North Tustin and is active in the Tustin Chamber of Commerce (currently on the Board of Directors, Executive Committee and Ambassador Chairperson) and coaches his children’s teams at Tustin Western Little League and AYSO Region 96 Soccer.
